The Energy Saving project Differentiated Double Burner System implemented on ExxonMobil Chemical Europe Sud facility (Line # 603) by esseCI flame treaters confirmed the target to save gas, so energy, on the actually installed L#603 flame treater, using a different flame treater configuration . In the pre-project condition (Standard Double Burner Configuration – SDBS), at a max speed value of 470 m/min, a total mixture flow of 1350/1400  m3 per working hour was used.
