More than 1000 installations in 48 countries, with 750 for film and paper and 250 in the Automotive Industry.

Dynamism, Innovation, Research, Passion

These are the elements that characterize the esseCI, founded in 1969 to make up for the lack in the territory of qualified personnel capable of carrying out particular and innovative industrial plants and related maintenance.

Over time, a particular activity has taken over the others: the design and construction of plants and machinery for flame treatment.

Since 1974, the first flame treatment plants (rudimentary if compared to today’s sophisticated machinery and plants) began to appear at the service of the most important Italian industries of the time.

Then, in the early 1980s, the foreign market was also attacked. Also in the 80s, Dynamism, Innovation, Research and Passion suggested to propose flame systems in the automotive field for the treatment of all car parts (bumpers, headlights) that began to be made of polypropylene: and it was a success! esseCI plants were installed in Fiat production plants (Mirafiori, Cassino), Alfa Romeo, Renault, Piaggio, Ford, General Motors. At the same time, Dynamism, Innovation, Research and Passion have brought esseCI flame plants to the polylaminate market (converting, as defined by specialists in the sector).

Dynamism, Innovation, Research, Passion are recognized internationally during the 90s: the market is no longer European, but becomes the world and all the giants producers of polypropylene for flexible packaging for food use have at least one esseCI plant.

The new frontiers? Thanks to Dynamism, Innovation, Research, Passion we have achieved obsessive combustion controls because in a sustainable world nothing must be wasted, everything must be concentrated for the final result. Dynamism, Innovation, Research, Passion have suggested the frontier of doped mixtures and are also guiding us towards the study of surfaces since “Surfaces were invented by the devil” (Prof. Wolfgang Pauli, Nobel Prize in Physics in 1945).
